About the Role
Work with senior team members on customer market-making strategies by transforming large trading datasets into usable models, applying quantitative analysis to discover patterns, developing trading ideas, and completing one or two projects while learning about market making and algorithmic research.
Requirements
- Degree in science, math, engineering, or another quantitative field
- Diverse and challenging quantitative coursework with a strong GPA
- Exceptional quantitative, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to solve technical or quantitative problems under pressure
- Ability to express ideas mathematically and algorithmically
- Strong programming skills, especially C/C++ and Python with Pandas
- Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
- Interest in financial markets
