About the Role
You will work on a defined three-to-six-month project to make models faster and less expensive to serve without sacrificing meaningful quality. You will implement model-efficiency methods, develop optimizations, rigorously evaluate results, and present your work.
Requirements
- Current undergraduate, master's, or PhD study in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Ability to commit for three to six months
- Python programming and PyTorch familiarity
- Experience or study in model efficiency
- Understanding of transformer internals
- Rigorous evaluation practice
Responsibilities
- Implement and adapt model-efficiency methods on models and hardware
- Develop optimizations for efficient model serving
- Build rigorous evaluations for model quality and throughput claims
- Own and present a defined internship project
