About the Role
You will evaluate vulnerabilities and determine their impact using industry standards. You will assess security risks, analyze reachability and attack paths, write Python automation for security data, create dashboards and reports, and work with stakeholders to prioritize and improve security responses.
Requirements
- Mastery of CVSS and environmental processing
- Python expertise for security-data manipulation
- Knowledge of vulnerability impact, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
- MITRE ATT&CK framework proficiency
- Experience creating dashboard-based security reports
- Communication and stakeholder-management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using CVSS
- Implement vector strings and vector chaining for risk evaluation
- Analyze data to assess security risks
- Identify vulnerability reachability and impact
- Write Python scripts to manage security data from CSV, Excel, JSON, and RESTful APIs
- Apply the MITRE ATT&CK framework for attack-path analysis
- Create security reporting solutions and dashboards
- Engage stakeholders to improve security practices
