Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and storytelling
- Experience creating content for social and digital channels
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, sound, and visual storytelling
- Understanding of social platforms and internet culture
- Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
- Attention to detail and creative judgement
- Interest in crypto, DeFi, and the Aave ecosystem
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content across social and digital channels
- Create content for product launches, campaigns, events, interviews, and the wider ecosystem
- Turn raw footage and concepts into engaging edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and other teams on creative ideas
- Adapt content and formats based on platform, audience, and performance
- Track social trends, editing styles, and emerging content formats
- Evolve the video style and maintain creative standards
