About the Role

You will lead sales, marketing, and business development for consumer products. You will define and implement pricing models, build new sales channels and affiliate programs, and drive demand generation and brand awareness through PR and campaigns. You will provide market and customer input to guide product enhancements, align strategies across product, engineering, and marketing, manage P&L responsibilities, and perform additional duties as needed. You are expected to work from the Menlo Park office two to three days per week.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles within consumer product management fintech blockchain or technology industries
  • Strong experience leading sales and channel development strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Demonstrated ability to drive demand generation and build awareness through integrated marketing PR and evangelism
  • Experience defining pricing models and managing P&L responsibility
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across product marketing engineering and business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication able to engage with executive leadership partners and external audiences
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to balance execution and long-term strategic vision

Responsibilities

  • Lead all sales and business development activities for consumer products to expand adoption and market share
  • Define and implement pricing models that align with profitability targets and long-term growth goals
  • Build new sales channels and affiliate programs to broaden reach and distribution
  • Drive demand generation initiatives in partnership with marketing to generate leads and conversions
  • Create brand awareness across target segments through PR marketing campaigns partnerships and technical evangelism
  • Provide market and customer requirements to guide product enhancements and new offerings
  • Align product brand and market strategies with engineering product marketing and business development
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed to support the consumer business unit
