About the Role
You will create repeatable test procedures, acceptance criteria, and test plans. You will operate measurement and data-acquisition systems, execute tests, report outcomes, support investigations, maintain laboratory equipment, and coordinate test-related supplies and external testing.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in a robotics, aerospace, or automotive test and validation environment
- Experience writing test procedures, test plans, or acceptance criteria
- CAD skills with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar software
- Electromechanical test and measurement experience
- Experience with a DAQ platform
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Author structured test procedures
- Define measurable acceptance criteria
- Create validation test plans
- Develop new test and measurement methods
- Set up and operate electromechanical measurement equipment
- Perform mechanical measurements
- Configure and maintain DAQ systems
- Execute test procedures and log deviations
- Author engineering test reports
- Participate in root-cause investigations
- Coordinate tooling, PPE, and consumables
- Maintain laboratory equipment and calibration checks
- Liaise with suppliers and external test houses
