About the Role

You will join a dynamic team focused on growing and scaling a mobile app profitably through organic and non-organic channels across global markets such as the US, Korea, and Japan. You will manage user acquisition campaigns, optimize app store presence, analyze performance data, and collaborate with creative and vendor teams to drive efficient, sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other ad networks) with proven success in mobile app user acquisition
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer or Adjust)
  • In-app marketing experience for driving deeper conversions
  • Data analysis, strategic and tactical planning, problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team, stakeholder management
  • Good communication (English writing and speaking skills)
  • Creative mindset and instinct for identifying trends

Responsibilities

  • Manage user acquisition (UA) campaigns across major platforms, including Google, Facebook, TikTok, and other leading ad networks (e.g., Applovin, Mintegral, etc.)
  • Apply strong ASO practices to maximize organic installs and improve app visibility
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data
  • Analyze key ad campaign metrics (CPI, CTR, IR, ROI/ROAS, installs)
  • Conduct A/B testing of creatives to optimize user engagement and campaign efficiency
  • Analyze revenue and product metrics to understand user behavior and refine acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to provide actionable UA insights that optimize app creatives
  • Work with global ad networks and vendors to optimize campaigns and identify new platforms for expansion
  • Manage and optimize UA budgets to maximize ROI for short-term and long-term app growth
