About the Role

You will own end-to-end technical hiring: source candidates, screen resumes, run structured interviews, and close top engineering talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and engineers to define role profiles, craft targeted outbound outreach, and calibrate interviewers. You will also improve recruiting systems and processes to scale hiring while maintaining rigor and high-quality candidate experiences. This role is full-time and based in the Vancouver, British Columbia office.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for deeply technical roles (backend, infrastructure, systems, protocol, Rust)
  • Proven ability to write compelling outbound messaging
  • Ability to assess resumes, probe for signal, and escalate red flags early
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences while maintaining rigor
  • Motivated to have measurable impact on engineering organization DNA
  • Be based full-time in Vancouver, British Columbia
