About the Role
You will analyze and document end-to-end transaction lifecycles, status models, and processing rules. You will design and refine reconciliation and control mechanisms, improve data quality checks, and simplify complex processing logic. You will break down work for engineering, support implementation and acceptance, and maintain clear documentation of processes and integrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst
- Experience in fintech, payments, processing, reconciliation or related domains
- Ability to document business rules, system interactions, APIs, data models and status-driven scenarios
- Strong understanding of end-to-end data and operational flows, including external integrations, asynchronous processing, idempotency and retries
- Experience working with complex transactional logic
- Strong systems thinking, attention to detail and a focus on data quality and correctness
- SQL is a mandatory working tool and must be used independently for data analysis and reconciliations
- Experience in crypto / blockchain products is a strong plus
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure, wallets, deposits and withdrawals (nice to have)
- Understanding of on-chain / off-chain flows, confirmations, fees and status transitions (nice to have)
- Experience building reconciliations, control mechanisms and internal operational tools (nice to have)
- Understanding of ledger concepts, balance movements and holds / reservations (nice to have)
- Experience working with technical debt and incremental evolution of complex logic (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Gather, formalize and align requirements for improvements across processing and adjacent systems
- Describe business and system logic, including scenarios, statuses, processing rules, constraints, exceptions and key dependencies
- Analyze and structure end-to-end operations and data flows across products, internal systems, blockchain infrastructure and external providers
- Design and refine changes related to transaction processing, movement of funds, reconciliations and control mechanisms
- Improve reconciliation processes, validations and data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and traceability
- Contribute to system improvements, simplification of complex logic and technical debt reduction
- Break down work for engineering, support implementation and participate in solution acceptance
- Collaborate closely with backend, QA, product, finance and operations teams
- Maintain and develop documentation covering processes, integrations, business rules, status models and system scenarios
