About the Role
You will own production support for risk, treasury, and post-trade platforms. You will investigate incidents to root cause, implement straightforward fixes, communicate impacts, automate manual work, improve monitoring and diagnostics, extend AI-assisted operational tooling, and manage capacity, deployment, and infrastructure across application instances.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of production software operations and support experience
- Linux troubleshooting
- Python or another scripting language
- SQL
- Systematic debugging and root-cause analysis
- Communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in AI-assisted operational work
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day production support for risk, treasury and post-trade platforms
- Investigate incidents from alerts through root cause and implement straightforward fixes
- Establish issue impact with stakeholders and communicate progress
- Drive problems to resolution across teams
- Automate manual workflows and reduce recurring failures
- Improve alerting, monitoring and diagnostics
- Extend AI-assisted tooling for triage, investigation and remediation
- Manage capacity planning, process and host layout, and deployment
