About the Role
You will support practical startup operations across office management, accounting, purchasing, and people operations. You will handle supplies, vendors, shipments, invoices, expenses, purchase orders, recruiting, onboarding, and operational trackers. You will take ownership of changing operational tasks and carry them through completion.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a college or university
- Availability to work onsite in Torrance during Fall 2026
- U.S. citizenship
- Current authorization to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Support office operations, supplies, vendors, shipments, and workplace logistics
- Process invoices, expenses, receipts, and accounting records
- Support purchasing through quote collection, order placement, delivery tracking, and receiving
- Support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and people operations
- Build and maintain trackers, checklists, and internal processes
- Own operational problems through completion
- Support other work as company priorities change
