About the Role
You will own Morpho's infrastructure platform end-to-end. You will architect and scale production infrastructure for high availability and predictable performance, build self-service developer tooling and paved deployment paths, design high-performance data and indexing systems, establish GitOps-based deployment practices, implement end-to-end observability with metrics tracing and alerting, lead incident management and post-mortems, and write RFCs and infrastructure-as-code standards to drive infrastructure strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years building and scaling production infrastructure with ownership of reliability and delivery outcomes
- Proven experience leading infrastructure transformations that improved developer velocity and system reliability
- Strong systems thinking and ability to translate infrastructure decisions into clear trade-offs and business impact
- Experience leading incident response and post-mortems for high-stakes outages
- Clear async communication and ability to write RFCs runbooks and incident reviews
- Ownership and autonomy in a fast-changing remote-first environment

Responsibilities
- Architect and scale production infrastructure to achieve high availability and predictable performance
- Build self-service infrastructure and developer tooling to reduce deployment time and increase deploy frequency
- Design and evolve high-performance data and indexing systems to process billions of on-chain events with sub-minute latency
- Establish GitOps-based deployment practices with progressive rollouts and safe rollback mechanisms
- Implement end-to-end observability with metrics tracing and alerting to meet agreed SLOs
- Lead incident management and post-mortems with clear written follow-ups
- Drive infrastructure strategy through written RFCs and infrastructure-as-code standards
