About the Role

You will lead a team of experienced SRE engineers and raise the standard of reliability in a blockchain infrastructure context. You will set engineering direction and create the conditions for good work, focusing on reliability as a discipline including SLOs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems. You will automate repetitive tasks and help engineers grow into larger responsibilities.

Requirements

• Experience leading an SRE team or equivalent in a large scale infrastructure environment
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and large scale infrastructure
• Proven ability to define and manage SLOs and error budgets
• Experience with automation and building scalable systems
• Track record of mentoring engineers and developing talent
• Comfort with blockchain infrastructure and unusual territory
