About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain Soroban smart contracts on Stellar and the backend services that integrate with them. You will scale on-chain infrastructure to handle high transaction volumes, continuous on-chain data ingestion, and real-time processing. You will drive architectural decisions, help shape the product roadmap, and ship new capabilities iteratively.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the Stellar ecosystem including Soroban programming model and tooling
- Strong proficiency in Rust
- Solid understanding of smart contract security patterns and common vulnerability classes
- Experience with Node.js and backend systems
- 2–10+ years of engineering experience
- Fintech experience (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Stellar classic operations (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Soroban smart contracts end-to-end
- Build robust scalable backend services that interact with Stellar EVM and Solana networks
- Scale on-chain infrastructure to support high transaction volumes and real-time data ingestion
- Shape technical and product roadmap
- Drive architectural decisions
- Ship new capabilities quickly and iteratively
