Software Engineer - Solana

About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain Solana programs and the backend services that integrate with them. You will implement and operate scalable on-chain infrastructure, ingest on-chain data, and ensure reliable transaction processing. You will drive architectural decisions, ship capabilities iteratively, and maintain production deployments.
Requirements
- Expertise in the Solana ecosystem including programming model tooling and best practices
- Proficiency in Rust
- Understanding of smart contract security patterns and common vulnerability classes
- Experience with Node.js and backend systems
- 2–10+ years of engineering experience; compensation will be calibrated accordingly
- Fintech experience such as neobank or card issuing (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Solana programs end to end from development through deployment and maintenance
- Build robust scalable backend services that interact with Solana EVM and Stellar networks
- Scale on-chain infrastructure to support millions of users, powering transactions data ingestion and real-time processing
- Shape the technical and product roadmap
- Drive architectural decisions in a fast moving product
- Ship new capabilities quickly and iteratively
