About the Role

You will design, build, and launch products for an Android app. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and engineers to identify key features and develop the services that support them. You will ship products in cross-functional teams, influence technical design and engineering processes, and help scale the codebase, productivity, and team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date between 2026 and 2028
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Kotlin for Android development
  • Know Android UI components and the Android SDK
  • Have contributed to at least one mobile app or several features that reached a large number of users
  • Demonstrate a track record of shipping high-quality products and features or maintain a portfolio of side projects
  • Understand mobile design patterns and best practices
  • Understand security best practices for mobile apps

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and launch new products on the Android app
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to plan and identify key app features
  • Build services needed to support the app with other engineers
  • Influence technical design and engineering culture
  • Ship products and services in cross-functional teams
  • Establish and improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale the codebase, productivity, and team
