About the Role

You will work on high-performance, multithreaded, asynchronous, and distributed C++ systems during a 10-week summer internship. You will progress projects from design through delivery and maintenance, collaborate with Quant and Trading stakeholders, and develop reliable, efficient, scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or an equivalent technical field
  • Graduating by August 2028
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment, including F-1 students using OPT or STEM
  • Modern C++ programming experience using C++20 or later, with C++23 preferred
  • Experience with distributed systems, parallel processing, asynchronous architectures, networking, protocol encoding or decoding, lock-free data structures and algorithms, performance profiling, or scripting
  • Familiarity with GDB, Valgrind, or address sanitizer
  • Ability to communicate with Quant and Trading stakeholders and collaborate with developers
