About the Role
You will operate and maintain blockchain validator nodes, handling setup, performance tuning, software upgrades, and ongoing operations for testnets and mainnets. You will design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), and solve optimization problems inherent to distributed-algorithm systems. You will monitor performance and improve system reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps or infrastructure engineer
- 3+ years of experience building servers on AWS or equivalent cloud services
- Degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Business-level English
- Familiarity with distributed systems and blockchain concepts (preferred)
- Experience with web service performance tuning (preferred)

- Operate and maintain blockchain validator nodes
- Solve optimization problems in distributed-algorithm systems
- Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
- Set up, performance-tune, upgrade, and operate testnet and mainnet validator nodes
