About the Role
You will architect, implement, and operate developer-productivity foundations from local development through global deployments. You will build multi-platform development environments, maintain CI/CD systems, automate machine provisioning, and improve local testing and debugging parity with CI.
Requirements
- Experience with developer productivity, internal platforms, infrastructure, or build and test systems
- Experience improving build systems, scripting CI pipelines, and refining developer tooling
- Experience building or maintaining tooling for large-scale or multi-language codebases
- Knowledge of developer velocity, reliability, maintainability, and technical judgment
Responsibilities
- Build a multi-platform development environment for macOS, Windows, and Linux
- Design and maintain CI/CD systems, including merge queues, build caching, flaky-test quarantine, observability, and rollout pipelines
- Automate developer machine provisioning, setup, reset, interview, and onboarding workflows
- Improve parity between local development and CI environments
- Set technical direction, write and review code, and collaborate across engineering
