About the Role
You will design, build, deploy, tune, and continuously improve production AI agents. You will work directly with enterprise customers, develop scalable commerce capabilities, prototype platform features, and help evolve agent-development practices.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- Ability to work directly with customers to understand needs and solve problems
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences
- Interest in the retail space
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
- Own AI agents from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
- Work with enterprise customers to solve business challenges
- Prototype tools and features that inform platform development
- Build scalable commerce packages, shopping flows, search, payment, and order experiences
