About the Role
You will build, deploy, tune, and improve production AI agents for sensitive healthcare interactions. You will own delivery from pilot through iteration, work with healthcare customers, integrate healthcare systems and workflows, maintain HIPAA and privacy safeguards, and prototype improvements to the platform.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade healthcare AI agents
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration
- Work directly with healthcare leaders and technical teams
- Develop expertise in healthcare systems, workflows, and interoperability standards
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data-privacy safeguards
- Prototype tools and features based on customer needs
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform functions to evolve AI-agent development
