About the Role
You will build and ship reliable, high-performing AI agents for production use. You will own the agent development lifecycle from pilot through deployment and iteration, work directly with customers to solve business problems, and help shape platform features and tools.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing and ambiguous environments
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
- Own the agent development lifecycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand and solve business challenges
- Surface unmet needs and prototype new tools and features
- Collaborate on the evolution of AI agent development capabilities
