About the Role

You will design, develop, and operate infrastructure platforms and tooling that support developers and services across the company. You will work on distributed systems, improve developer workflows, build reliable backend services, design Kubernetes-based systems, and troubleshoot performance and operational issues in production.

Requirements

• Experience building backend or infrastructure systems using languages such as Go or Python
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or similar technologies
• Experience working with distributed systems and debugging complex system issues
• Interest in improving developer experience through tooling, automation, or platform development

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure platforms, services, and tooling that support application development and system reliability
• Develop backend systems and services using languages such as Go and Python, contributing to scalable and maintainable codebases
• Design and improve Kubernetes-based systems, including controllers, deployment workflows, and container infrastructure
• Partner with engineering teams to provision and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS environments
• Debug and resolve system performance issues across distributed systems and infrastructure layers
