About the Role
You will own sourcing for site services, temporary utilities, security, waste, and facilities support. You will create a repeatable sourcing playbook, negotiate regional and multi-site agreements, and coordinate service need-by dates with construction and operations to prevent site-service gaps.
Requirements
- Experience sourcing site services or indirect categories for multi-site industrial operations.
- Experience establishing procurement for a greenfield site.
- Experience building repeatable procurement playbooks.
- Experience negotiating rate cards across geographies.
- Data center or construction site-services experience.
- Utility coordination experience.
- Security services contracting experience.
- Facilities management agreement experience.
Responsibilities
- Own sourcing for site services, temporary power and water, security, waste, and facilities support.
- Build a site-readiness sourcing playbook.
- Negotiate regional and multi-site agreements.
