About the Role

You will lead continuous site operations for critical electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire-safety, and building-control infrastructure. You will oversee safety, build and lead site teams, manage hardware and network repairs, lead incidents and changes, and coordinate with construction, commissioning, colocation providers, and utilities during live builds.

Requirements

• Critical facility operations experience with contractual availability requirements
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• High-volume repair or break-fix operations experience
• Technical-team hiring, coaching, and performance-management experience
• Experience with LOTO, electrical safety, and hazardous-energy-control programs
• Experience partnering with construction and commissioning teams during live builds
• Clear written and presentation skills for root-cause analyses and status updates

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7/365 operations of critical site infrastructure
• Own site safety, hazardous-energy control, electrical safety, and LOTO discipline
• Build and lead site teams, shift coverage, on-call rotations, performance, and development
• Manage hardware and network repair operations, ticket queues, triage, break-fix, and RMA workflows
• Lead incident and change management, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions
• Coordinate operational readiness and handover with construction, commissioning, colocation providers, and utilities
