Skills

About the Role

You will work directly with marketing leadership on flagship content, carrying pieces from raw footage to a polished, broadcast-grade final cut. You'll edit customer case studies, sit-down interviews, and product demos into polished, story-driven films, owning post-production end to end including assembly, story structure, pacing, sound design, and color. You'll be comfortable shooting on location and in studio as a hybrid shooter-editor, color grading footage to a clean, cinematic standard inside DaVinci Resolve, and collaborating on creative direction with your own ideas rather than just executing a brief.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio of larger, high-quality projects with range across long-form and narrative work, not only social edits.
  • Real editing talent with excellent instincts for pacing, story, and audio.
  • Experience in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and a willingness to edit in DaVinci Resolve.
  • The ability to take a project from footage to finish with minimal hand-holding.
  • Comfortable being a shooter as well as an editor (strong plus, not a hard requirement).

Responsibilities

  • Edit customer case studies, sit-down interviews, and product demos into polished, story-driven films.
  • Own post-production end to end: assembly, story structure, pacing, sound design, and color.
  • Shoot when needed, on location and in studio, as a hybrid shooter-editor.
  • Color grade footage to a clean, cinematic standard inside DaVinci Resolve.
  • Collaborate on creative direction and bring your own ideas, not just execute a brief.
