About the Role

You will investigate abuse reports and policy violations, resolve escalated cases, and document enforcement actions. You will protect IP and network reputation, process intellectual-property and brand-protection claims, analyze threat patterns, refine policies and playbooks, and collaborate on complex threats.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trust and safety, abuse management, or a related customer support role.
• Experience in cloud computing, hosting, or ISP infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and common attack vectors.
• Ability to evaluate data, identify patterns, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent written English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex abuse reports and terms-of-service or acceptable-use-policy violations.
• Manage a high volume of tickets and communicate with customers about abuse reports.
• Enforce platform policies consistently and document actions.
• Monitor and defend IP and network reputation against malicious activity.
• Process intellectual-property, DMCA, and brand-protection claims.
• Analyze threat patterns to identify emerging risks and trends.
• Collaborate with Network, Security Operations, and Support teams on escalated cases.
• Develop and refine internal policies and playbooks.
