About the Role
You will lead end-to-end mobile development for iOS and Android applications, providing technical direction and mentorship. You will establish development, review, testing, and CI/CD standards; design scalable architecture; collaborate with product and design partners; integrate mini-apps and virtual currency systems; and oversee timely delivery of high-quality applications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of mobile development experience focused on iOS and Android.
- Experience delivering commercial mobile applications from concept to launch.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency with React Native.
- Understanding of mobile architecture.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead mobile development and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Define and implement mobile development, code review, testing, and CI/CD standards.
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Ensure integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
- Work with developers, QA engineers, project managers, stakeholders, and global cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate communication across globally distributed teams.
- Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
