About the Role
You will architect, build, and operate scalable backend services and distributed systems for wallet, tokenization, and web3 infrastructure. You will connect financial infrastructure with on-chain systems, lead technical initiatives, establish architectural milestones, perform rigorous reviews, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems at scale
- Backend development expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Knowledge of cloud-native and event-driven architectures
- Mastery of system design, distributed data modeling, concurrency control, and scalability tradeoffs
- Experience with correctness-critical systems, idempotency, financial reconciliation, and ledger consistency
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Interest or hands-on experience with EVM, smart contracts, wallets, on-chain settlement, or decentralized infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and operate resilient, scalable distributed systems and backend services
- Drive technical execution connecting financial infrastructure with on-chain systems
- Provide technical leadership on large, ambiguous engineering initiatives
- Partner with Product, Compliance, Security, and other stakeholders on technical roadmaps
- Mentor engineers and lead rigorous design and code reviews
- Improve system reliability, observability, and operational rigor
