About the Role
Work with a nimble engineering team to build and scale backend services, maintain leading developer SDKs in web3, and make architectural, developer experience, and implementation decisions for critical tools and systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience on a software development team for a product-focused web application
- Experience and interest in blockchain development
- Ability to deliver complex, large-scale technical projects end-to-end
- Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, or Node.js
- Experience scaling backend services and infrastructure
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Curiosity and appetite for learning
- Self-starter able to propose and implement solutions to ambiguous problems
- Ability to make calculated tradeoffs for customer and business needs
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and innovate on open source SDKs and blockchain protocols
- Scale backend services and infrastructure that interface with the blockchain
- Collaborate with product and design teams to solve customer challenges, plan features, and iterate from lessons learned
- Communicate with customers to assist with thirdweb integrations
- Write documentation for developer-facing functions and APIs
