About the Role
You will identify and address security gaps in infrastructure and services. You will represent security engineering across the organization, help attract talent, communicate data-security priorities to senior leaders, and represent the organization at academic and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data security or related areas.
- Expertise in at least two areas including cryptography, Kubernetes security, web security, governance, privacy, trust, safety, authentication, identity management, access control, key management, inter-service authentication, secure application frameworks, or detection and response.
- 5+ years of experience building highly available large-scale distributed systems.
- Leadership experience across functional and organizational lines.
- Ability to explain and evangelize data security to senior leaders.
- Strong communication skills.
