About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the Private Credit Investment Platform and Credit Analytics Platform. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive the business forward. You'll design and implement scalable software solutions used by investors to make and manage investments, and by the operations team for deal management. You'll create solutions to ingest and analyze loanbook and financial data from partners in varied formats. You'll gather requirements with product managers and designers, translate them into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and take ownership of your work as a product engineer, influencing both technical direction and product design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in Golang, Java or similar programming languages
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with MongoDB or other non-relational databases
- Experience with IaaC languages and frameworks like Terraform, Pulumi, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
- Strong proficiency in Golang and MongoDB
- Knowledge of Apache Parquet or similar technologies
- Working with data intensive applications
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions for the Private Credit Investment Platform
- Create solutions to ingest and analyse loanbook and financial data for the Credit Analytics platform
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Take ownership of work as a product engineer, influencing both technical direction and product design
- Adapt and handle multiple competing priorities in collaboration with peers
