About the Role

You will design, build, and operate highly scalable platform services that improve the reliability and performance of the CRE platform. You will lead the development of production grade backend services and APIs that support multiple internal stakeholders and platform consumers. You will drive architectural improvements that enable vertical and horizontal scaling. You will improve workflow execution durability and platform resilience through thoughtful engineering, rigorous testing, and operational excellence. You will deliver cross functional platform initiatives from architectural design through production deployment. You will strengthen platform ownership by reducing operational silos, improving documentation, and increasing shared knowledge across the organization. You will contribute to improving platform reliability through engineering practices aligned with service reliability objectives and measurable operational outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience designing building and operating large scale production platforms
• Advanced proficiency developing production systems in Go
• Experience building production APIs and backend applications serving multiple stakeholders
• Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable high quality software through rigorous engineering practices
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to evaluate architectural trade offs and solve complex technical problems
• Self driven approach with a high degree of ownership technical curiosity and continuous learning
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within cross functional engineering environments
• Experience defining measuring and improving service reliability through SLOs and SLIs
• Experience developing software using TypeScript Solidity or additional backend technologies
• Strong interest in blockchain infrastructure and Web3 technologies
• Experience building decentralized applications
• Experience developing financial infrastructure banking systems or other mission critical distributed platforms
