About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architectures for AI agent solutions and proprietary models. You will integrate AI agents into customer solutions, improve reliability and scalability, optimize server response times and data processing, maintain availability, and implement security, cost-reduction, and performance improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in backend system architecture, cloud services, or related technology fields
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs
- Understanding of gRPC and REST protocols
- Experience with virtual agent or AI agent systems
- Experience with database schema design, query optimization, SQL, and NoSQL databases
- Experience deploying containerized applications with Kubernetes and Docker in microservices architectures
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Understanding of cloud security and compliance standards
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architectures for AI agent solutions and proprietary models
- Collaborate with frontend and machine learning engineers to integrate AI agents into customer solutions
- Lead initiatives to improve backend scalability and reliability in production
- Optimize server response times, high-volume data processing, and system availability
- Implement security measures, cost-reduction strategies, and performance improvements
