About the Role
You will deploy autonomy software with customers, provide technical support and training, and help integrate software into operational environments. You will develop AI and autonomy applications, troubleshoot software and API integration issues, assist pre-sales and post-sales activities, and create technical documentation and training materials. You will also relay customer feedback to improve products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 5+ years of industry experience, or a Master’s degree and 3+ years of industry experience
- Strong software engineering background
- Proficiency in modern C++
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Deploy with customers globally to support software integration and development activities
- Become an expert user of the autonomy software stack and modules
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Develop AI and autonomy applications using the software development kit
- Assist pre-sales demonstrations, conferences, and immersions
- Support post-sales deployment and integration
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Debug software and API integration issues
- Collaborate with product engineering to address customer feedback and improve products
