About the Role
You will design and implement high-performance C++ kernels for linear algebra and tensor operations. You will own performance, correctness, testing, numerical validation, profiling, optimisation, debugging, and quality improvements for AI workloads. You will work in Agile ways and mentor colleagues through technical guidance.
Requirements
- C++ programming skills
- Python scripting skills
- Understanding of processor architectures

- Written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design and implement C++ kernels for linear algebra and tensor operations
- Own performance and correctness through microbenchmarks, regression tests, and numerical validation
- Profile and optimise threading, cache locality, memory layout, and kernel launch efficiency
- Debug issues and resolve bugs
- Improve product quality and functionality
- Support Agile ways of working
- Mentor colleagues and share knowledge
