About the Role

You will develop strategies to boost trading bot volume and drive user acquisition using data-driven approaches. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to build trading bots tailored to market situations. You will conduct user research and competitor assessments to improve conversion and retention. You will advocate for robust, scalable system architectures and manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination to deliver rapid, high-impact iterations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly within the crypto or internet industry
• Technical skills: ReactJS, Python, C#
• Strong expertise in strategy design and backend system logic
• Experience designing schemas for SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience designing trading bots or working on financial engineering projects (added advantage)
• Familiarity with blockchain and its applications in product innovation (added advantage)
• Able to work in-office from Mondays through Thursdays
