About the Role
Architect endpoint security across macOS, Windows, and BYOD mobile devices. Build secure-by-default controls with Terraform and GitOps, harden endpoints at scale, automate device lifecycles, improve telemetry and detections, mentor engineers, handle endpoint escalations, and address how agentic AI changes corporate security.
Requirements
- Deep macOS security experience with Jamf Pro, FleetDM, or equivalent MDM at scale
- Strong infrastructure-as-code fundamentals
- Experience with a GitOps delivery model
- Experience with Terraform modules, remote state, and CI pipelines
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace in a managed enterprise environment
- Knowledge of Chrome Browser Cloud Management and extension policy enforcement
- A perspective on how agentic AI changes the corporate security surface
- Experience with open source endpoint and device management tooling
- Experience building automated progressive rollout systems based on fleet telemetry
- Experience managing macOS, Windows, and mobile fleets
- Experience applying AI to operational problems
Responsibilities
- Write and ship MDM policy as code across macOS, Windows, and mobile
- Create configuration profiles, remediation scripts, and enforcement rules
- Implement staged rollouts and rollback procedures
- Build patch automation
- Manage software distribution across the fleet
- Analyze fleet telemetry
- Build dashboards and drift alerts
- Develop AI-assisted automation
- Manage browser and extension policy
- Handle endpoint escalations
