About the Role

You will architect data-to-model pipelines covering collection, generation, augmentation, annotation, valuation, and evaluation. You will build data-generation and collection systems, integrate post-training and deployment frameworks, assess data quality, and deliver reliable robotic model deployment.

Requirements

Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent training and experience in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous driving, machine learning, or data engineering
Experience owning systems spanning multiple pipeline stages
Experience with robot learning approaches such as imitation learning, VLA models, robot foundation models, or reinforcement learning
Python software engineering proficiency
Systems-level pipeline design ability

Responsibilities

Own the architecture of data-to-model pipelines
Integrate post-training and evaluation frameworks in simulation and on hardware
Develop data-quality and data-valuation methods and metrics
Build synthetic and simulation-based data-generation pipelines
Design scalable robot and human data-collection systems
Partner with research, robotics, and infrastructure specialists to build production data and evaluation systems
