About the Role
You will own regulatory reporting submissions, validate calculation logic and data sources against regulatory requirements, document methodologies and procedures, improve reporting workflows, assess the impact of regulatory changes, and translate requirements into data and system specifications for product, technology, Treasury, and Accounting stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience owning regulatory submissions independently
- Experience reading CRR, CRD, and EBA guidelines and validating methodologies against regulatory text
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Comfort with structured data and reproducible workflows
- Ability to specify data requirements for technical teams
- Clear communication across regulatory, technical, product, and senior stakeholder groups
- SQL or similar experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the EBA taxonomy and DPM is a plus
- Experience with Regnology or Adenza is a plus
- Exposure to Danish reporting requirements is a plus
- Experience with ICAAP, ILAAP, capital plans, or regulatory stress testing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own the regulatory reporting perimeter and run submissions from source data through submission
- Validate calculation logic and data sources against regulatory source texts
- Identify gaps and document methodologies, procedures, and improvement requirements
- Build structured and reproducible reporting workflows
- Assess reporting implications of new products and incoming regulatory frameworks
- Translate regulatory requirements into data and system specifications
- Engage Treasury and Accounting on data flows and reporting logic
