About the Role

You will own and prioritize the product roadmap for core fintech lines such as Card, Rewards, Payments and BBPS. You will navigate India's payments and compliance landscape, make trade-offs between user experience and regulatory requirements, and be accountable for defining and meeting success metrics. You will work closely with engineering, design and operations to scope, ship and iterate products used by real customers. You should be prepared to operate in ambiguity, move quickly, and be onsite in Bengaluru when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management
• At least 3 years in Indian fintech (payments lending neobanks trading apps)
• Have shipped consumer-facing fintech products
• Deep understanding of UPI IMPS card networks KYC AML and RBI regulation
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity
• Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate; role is onsite

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for Card Rewards Payments and BBPS
• Make trade-offs between compliance user experience and business goals
• Coordinate with engineering design and operations to ship features
• Define success metrics and be accountable for them
