About the Role

You will own the end-to-end design process, from defining problems and user flows to delivering high-fidelity UI and prototypes. You will turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences, collaborate with product and engineering partners, validate solutions through research and data, and design for global Web3 users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience
• Strong design thinking and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through a portfolio
• Ability to make sound design decisions in complex, ambiguous, and high-pressure situations
• Proficiency using AI tools throughout the design process
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from problem definition through final delivery
• Turn complex product and business requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs and make design decisions
• Use research, data, user feedback, and product context to validate and improve solutions
• Identify underlying user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose better approaches
• Maintain design quality under tight timelines and changing priorities
• Design for users across markets, languages, and levels of Web3 experience
