About the Role

In this role, you will own the end-to-end user experience for our products, from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. You will collaborate closely with engineers, founders, and users to shape product direction and interaction models. You will translate complex trading mechanics and data into intuitive, performant user interfaces. You will establish and maintain design standards and consistency across Phoenix and future products. You will incorporate feedback, user research, and usage data to inform continuous iteration. You will also own the company and product brand.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience designing trading products, with a portfolio that demonstrates elegant solutions to complex interaction and data challenges
• Strong attention to detail across both visual and interaction design
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand implementation constraints
• High ownership mentality and a desire to make fast, informed product decisions
• Passion for decentralized finance and building in the open
• Familiarity with crypto/Web3 design patterns and user behaviors
• Exposure to Solana or similar blockchain ecosystems
