About the Role
You will benchmark and tune systems to identify performance bottlenecks. You will develop Linux-kernel and data-plane optimizations, write high-performance infrastructure code, troubleshoot complex systems, and document technical practices with cross-functional engineering partners.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Linux internals and kernel-level programming
- Expert-level Go, C, and C++ skills
- Experience with hands-on performance tuning, benchmarking, and optimization
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience or exposure to AI or cloud ecosystems and industry tooling
Responsibilities
- Design and execute system performance benchmarks
- Develop and implement Linux kernel optimizations
- Write and maintain high-performance code in Go, C, C++, or Rust
- Tune data-plane performance for AI workloads
- Partner with infrastructure, product, and engineering teams on performance initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex system issues to improve reliability and scalability
- Contribute documentation and technical best practices
