About the Role
You will act as the key technical and functional anchor for our end-to-end NetSuite ERP project cycle, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation optimization. You will bridge the gap between our scaling finance operations and the business, designing robust workflows, data migrations, and securing high-integrity integrations. You should be a seasoned NetSuite expert with strong attention to detail, technical curiosity, and start-up grit, someone who can seamlessly drop into a fast-moving environment, pick up the project blueprint, and execute complex problems with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations within fast-growing fintech, hyper-growth startups, or high-volume transaction environments
- Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite financial modules, workflows, reporting and dashboards
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party tools, APIs, or middleware into NetSuite to trigger automated accounting workflows and journal entries
- Experience in complex data cleansing, migration mapping, and drafting UAT plans and test cases
- Ability to operate independently without prescriptive oversight
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance operations and reporting requirements
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation alongside the project lead, from workshop discovery to functional design, system configurations, and go-live
- Direct cross-functional discovery workshops with finance, product, and engineering teams
- Translate fast-moving business requirements into functional requirements for NetSuite architectural solutions
- Design, map, and deploy workflows across critical financial and accounting processes
- Build automated end-to-end setups tailored for a global digital asset ecosystem
- Build data pipelines between NetSuite and core infrastructure with the engineering team
- Map workflows connecting automated processing tools and accounting platforms for automated accounting entries and ledger synchronization
- Lead historical data migration into NetSuite from legacy environments
- Ensure data integrity, financial control, and precise mapping of on-chain wallet data
- Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test plans and cases
- Establish execution timelines and guide business users through testing
