About the Role
You will build and scale treasury capabilities, oversee global cash operations, forecast cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships. You will establish treasury controls, monitor FX exposure, support hedging, ensure debt-covenant compliance, and lead intercompany funding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or another analytical role
- Experience managing global banking structures and bank accounts
- Financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee global treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking relationships
- Build cash flow and free cash flow forecasts
- Develop cash management strategies to optimize working capital
- Establish treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworks
- Monitor foreign-exchange exposures and support hedging strategies
- Ensure compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements
- Negotiate banking terms, credit facilities, and fee structures
- Lead intercompany funding activities and treasury transactions
- Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Tax stakeholders
