About the Role
You will own core FP&A rhythms and deliver timely, actionable financial analysis. You will build and maintain dynamic financial models, produce month-end and quarterly reporting, and translate results into clear narratives for executives and the board. You will identify budget variances, recommend strategic investments, support pricing and ROI analysis, and assist with investor reporting and fundraising as needed. You will drive cross-functional projects, work independently, and deliver polished presentations that influence decision-making.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in investment banking investing consulting or finance at a high-growth tech company
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets modeling skills
- Experience with monthly quarterly and annual planning cycles
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively drive outcomes
- Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration preferred; MBA a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting and reporting
- Own budget versus actuals updates and identify variances
- Develop board-ready materials and financial narratives
- Support top-down and bottoms-up financial planning
- Build models and templates to inform planning hiring and investment decisions
- Drive strategic projects including pricing vendor optimization and ROI analysis
- Assist with investor reporting and fundraising activities
