About the Role
You will own cluster security engineering for large-scale AI infrastructure. You will define security enhancements with customers and corporate security, build access-control, detection, and response solutions across hardware and software layers, and ensure end-to-end security and privacy. You will maintain the security-product roadmap, lead cross-functional security work, and build an engineering team to deliver secure distributed systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering leadership or management experience in distributed systems security
- Proven record of delivering, launching, and deploying secure distributed solutions to customers
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
- Decision-making skills using data and trade-off analysis
- Product and user-journey expertise
- Roadmap and schedule-execution skills under tight timelines and budgets
- Strong background in multi-tenancy of large-scale clusters
- Strong technical experience in computer and cluster networks
Responsibilities
