About the Role
You will develop and deploy ML models, state-estimation algorithms, and production software for vehicle localization. You will build scalable training workflows, analyze vehicle data, define validation strategies, make technical architecture decisions, and provide technical leadership through reviews and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant industry experience, Master's degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy ML models for ego-motion estimation and localization
- Develop scalable PyTorch training and evaluation workflows
- Design and improve state estimation and sensor fusion algorithms
- Analyze vehicle data to identify failure modes and improve systems
- Develop production software in C++ and Python
- Define evaluation, verification, and validation strategies
- Make technical design and architecture decisions
- Deliver integrated autonomous driving capabilities with cross-functional teams
- Provide technical leadership through reviews, mentoring, and engineering best practices
