About the Role

You will design, develop, and deploy production machine learning models for 3D and camera-based perception. You will own model development from data preparation through deployment, improve model performance and training workflows, integrate models into autonomy software, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of industry experience, Master's degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ years
• Production machine learning model development for computer vision, perception, robotics, or autonomous systems
• Python
• PyTorch
• Deep learning
• Large-scale dataset training and evaluation
• Image-based or 3D perception systems
• Model debugging and performance analysis
• Cross-functional ML software integration

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production machine learning models for perception systems
• Own end-to-end model development from data preparation and training through evaluation and deployment
• Write production-quality ML code for scalable training, evaluation, and inference workflows
• Analyze model performance and improve robustness, accuracy, and generalization
• Develop and optimize multi-modal camera-based and 3D perception models
• Integrate perception models into production autonomy software
• Improve training pipelines, data workflows, and tooling
• Contribute to model architecture decisions
• Mentor junior engineers
